RightFit guides you through a 3-minute audiometry on your existing iPhone or Android, testing each ear across the speech-frequency range. Results are mapped to a device recommendation and sent to a RightEar audiologist for remote tuning — clinically validated within ±3 dB of in-clinic audiograms across 1,200+ fittings.

Are RightEar devices FDA-cleared?

Yes. Six RightEar product lines hold FDA Class II medical device clearances. We sell both OTC hearing aids (no prescription required for mild-to-moderate loss) and prescription-grade devices fitted and tuned by our in-house audiologists.

What is the 60-day home trial and what does it cover?

Every RightEar device ships with a 60-day in-home trial. If the device isn't right, we pay return shipping and refund the full purchase. The first year also includes free loss-and-damage replacement, with lifetime remote tuning from our audiologists at no additional cost.

Do you ship internationally?

RightEar has shipped to customers in 11 countries across all 50 U.S. states. International availability varies by product line and local medical-device regulations — the RightFit questionnaire will surface shipping options for your address.
