The Shop · Chapter Index

Six FDA-cleared chapters, written for the ear most people forget.

A catalog of hearing aids, tinnitus therapy, and musician's in-ear monitors — curated by nine licensed audiologists, priced direct, and quietly engineered for the right side of every conversation. Begin with the RightFit™ three-minute test and we'll point you to the chapter that fits.

Chapter I · Flagship OTC hearing aids

Three instruments for mild-to-moderate hearing loss — chosen by how you live, not by what's on the shelf.

All three are FDA-cleared Class II medical devices, ship with a 60-day in-home trial, and are tuned remotely for life by our in-house audiologists. Pick by outcome; the spec sheets are below.

The RightEar Pulse hearing aid resting on linen.

RightEar Pulse · from $1,495 / pair

The everyday chapter. For first-time buyers who want clarity at the dinner table.

The Pulse is the most-loved first hearing aid we've ever shipped — a featherweight receiver-in-canal with RightFit personalization and the 60-day trial that lets a first-time buyer try it on real conversations before committing. The Pulse handles the everyday: family dinners, restaurants, the television at a normal volume.

RightEar Pulse Pro · from $1,895 / pair

The conversation chapter. For noisy rooms, soft voices, and the conversations you've stopped trying to follow.

Pulse Pro layers directional beamforming and a wider dynamic range on top of the Pulse platform — built for the noisy restaurant, the soft-spoken grandchild, the board meeting where the speaker turns away. It is also the platform underneath our CES 2025 Innovation Award–winning tinnitus edition.

RightEar Clarity · from $2,295 / pair

The discretion chapter. For readers, walkers, and anyone who never wants to think about their ears again.

Clarity is our smallest custom-fit in-canal, tuned from the same RightFit audiometry but molded for the ear it's meant for. It disappears in the ear canal, runs for five days on a charge, and is the option most chosen by long-time glasses-and-hat wearers.

Chapter II · Tinnitus & Musician editions

Two chapters for the ears the rest of the industry forgot.

Tinnitus and music performance are not accessories to hearing care — they are two of the most underserved ear conditions on the market. RightEar ships two purpose-built lines for them, both FDA-cleared, both designed by the same engineering team that builds the Pulse Pro.

Pulse Pro · Tinnitus Edition

The quiet chapter. For the 50 million Americans living with persistent ringing.

Built on the Pulse Pro platform with a customizable sound-therapy layer (white, pink, and modulated tones), the Tinnitus Edition was awarded a CES 2025 Innovation Award in Health & Wellness. Note: RightEar devices support tinnitus management — they do not claim to cure it.

RightEar Stage IEM

The performance chapter. For musicians, engineers, and anyone whose ears are the instrument.

The Stage IEM runs on the proprietary RightBud™ chipset, with a total audio latency of 14.2 ms — 38% lower than the leading OTC competitor — engineered for live monitoring where a few milliseconds is the difference between on time and off.

Chapter V · First-time buyer notes

Four questions, answered honestly before you click.

The things a 45- to 75-year-old first-time buyer most often asks our team — answered in writing so you don't have to start a chat to find out.

Do I need a prescription for a RightEar device?
Not for the three flagship OTC lines (Pulse, Pulse Pro, Clarity) or for the Stage IEM — all are FDA-cleared for adults with mild-to-moderate hearing loss and ship direct. For severe or complex hearing loss, our team will route you to a partner clinic for a prescription fitting; we do not claim to treat severe loss with our OTC line.
What actually happens during the 60-day trial?
RightEar devices ship in plain packaging with a prepaid return label. You wear them for up to 60 days — including a remote tuning session with one of our nine in-house audiologists. If the device is not right for you, we collect it at no cost and refund the full purchase price. 91% of customers describe the lifetime remote tuning as better than their previous audiologist experience.
How do they sound on the phone and on a Bluetooth stream?
The proprietary RightBud™ chipset delivers 14.2 ms of total audio latency — 38% lower than the leading OTC competitor — which matters most for conversational speech and for musicians monitoring live. Phone streaming is hands-free on iOS and Android.
What does — and doesn't — the Tinnitus Edition claim?
The Tinnitus Edition (CES 2025 Innovation Award, Health & Wellness) provides customizable sound-therapy layers — white, pink, and modulated tones — alongside the Pulse Pro hearing platform. RightEar devices support tinnitus management; we do not claim they cure tinnitus.
